Cold Forging
Jyoto utilizes cold forging equipment from 100 ton to 2,000 ton, making products at various sizes tailored to customer designs. Aside from single stage forging machine, we also use progressive forging equipment to reduce variation factors and uplift production efficiency and product quality.
Stamping
In addition to single stage stamping machines, CX has progressive stamping machines from 25 ton to 400 ton, to manufacture products at various dimensions for our clients.
Aluminum Stamping
Jyoto applies precision stamping technology on Aluminum sheets with thickness ranging from 0.05mm to 2mm for the production of cones, dust caps, membrane, and ring, at various sizes and shapes.
Aluminum Forging
Jyoto is currently supplying global leading cycling companies with asymmetrical warm forged Aluminum components with assembling work.
Metallographic Analysis
Jyoto uses metallographic analyzer to assure quality of raw materials in order to be used for tooling and final products.
Computer Software
Jyoto uses extensively software for product design (CAD, SolidWorks, PressCAD), mold flow analysis product simulation (Simufact), improve manufacturing process (CAM, MasterCAM), and product management (PLM). These software are used to aid our technicians on product design, tooling design, production process plan, and ultimately shorten development time.
